The Network and IT Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for the stable, secure, and high-performance operation and strategic development of the network infrastructure of the institute, including routing, switching, network access control, and network management on a Cisco basis.
Requirements
- Completed scientific university degree in computer science or an information technology-related field
- Very good knowledge of network technologies, particularly routing, switching, and network management
- Experience with network-related services such as DNS, DHCP, and monitoring
- Good knowledge of IT security, especially in the handling of firewalls and PKI structures
- Good knowledge of scripting and programming for the automation of infrastructure and operation processes
- Basic knowledge of Windows domain operation and client management
