The Fraunhofer Institute for Telecommunications - HHI is seeking a Microtechnologist / Wafer Processing to provide technical support in the frontend laboratory, execute processes of semiconductor technology, and operate modern equipment for wafer processing.

Requirements

• Completed training as a microtechnologist, physical technical assistant, chemical technical assistant, physicist laboratory assistant, or a similar qualification
• Professional experience in the processing of semiconductors (e.g. Si or III-V), e.g. in the field of UV lithography, dry etching, metalizing, or microanalysis
• Fine motor skills
• Readiness to work in a clean room
• Very good language skills in German (minimum requirement C1 level)
• Team skills, flexibility, and a structured way of working - also in critical situations
