The Fraunhofer Society is looking for a Mitarbeiterin/Mitarbeiter for the Integration of MEMS/CMOS Technology. The successful candidate will work on technology development, process development and optimization, and integration for the production of MEMS and CMOS semiconductor components. The job requires a Master's degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or a comparable field, and several years of professional experience in microsystem technology.

Requirements

• Studies: Completed scientific academic studies (Master / Diploma) in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or a comparable field.
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience (approx. 3-5 years) in the field of microsystem technology with a focus on CMOS and/or MEMS.
• Subject knowledge: Thorough understanding of semiconductor and component physics and electronics.
• Project management: First experience in independent project management is desirable.
• Languages: Good to very good German language skills and extended English language skills (at least B level) in speech and writing.
