The Fraunhofer IEE in Kassel conducts research in the fields of energy economics and energy system technology. As a student assistant, you will create job advertisements, coordinate appointments, and support the further education officer. You will also participate in the organization of personnel development measures and documentation and data maintenance in various SAP programs.
Requirements
- Ongoing study in the field of economics, personnel, communication or social sciences or a comparable field of study
- Interest in HR topics and ideally first practical experience
- Secure handling of MS Office, first knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Very good German and good English skills in word and writing
- Communication strength and a structured and meticulous working method
- Team ability, reliability, and a high level of discretion in handling sensitive data
