Requirements
- Scientific higher education degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable subject area
- Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor technology and CMOS process integration
- Interest in acquiring scientific projects and participating in funding applications
- Structured planning and implementation of complex development tasks
- Independent, structured, and analytical work style
- Communication skills in German and English (C1-C2 level)
