Community Health Worker - Lung Health Navigator

Community Health Worker (Lung Health Navigator) at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Seattle, WA, responsible for community outreach and patient navigation to improve access to lung cancer screening, with a focus on populations disproportionately affected by lung cancer, including American Indian/Alaska Native communities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of work experience in a clinical setting
• Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong customer service skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience in community outreach and engagement
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing, including in-person, by phone, and in public speaking settings
