Honor Community Health is a 501c3 Federally Qualified Health Center seeking a Community Health Worker I- Clinical Services to advocate for patients and help remove barriers to improved patient health.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current MiCHWA Community Health Worker certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
• 1+ year of experience working in a clinical environment
• Strong computer skills utilizing CHAMPS, Nextgen, and Microsoft Office
