Job Description
Freddie Mac seeks an experienced Risk & Governance Senior to support the Investments & Capital Markets Division in operational risk management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Mortgage or Capital Markets risk management and strong background in risk management supporting trading desks and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- 5 years of overall relevant experience, ideally in Mortgage or Capital Markets risk management, or related operations audit function
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI
- Ability to influence and interact with all levels, including Senior Management
