Freddie Mac is seeking an Enterprise Business Risk and Control Senior to manage non-financial risks and design controls to mitigate them. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in operational risk management and a bachelor's degree.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of overall relevant experience with a minimum of 2-3 years of operational risk management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and their business applications is a plus
