Freddie’s Flowers is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead and maintain the creative output of the brand for a 13 month period. The role requires maintaining consistency, high-quality execution, and ensuring all creative work lands effectively across channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or Head of Creative in a brand-led business
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality creative within established brand systems
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams (design, art direction, video, content, production)
- Highly organised with strong project and workflow management skills
- Comfortable balancing hands-on creative input with leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of digital channels and print processes
- Good understanding of creative AI tools
