Technical Support Specialist from Sri Lanka (based in Timor-Leste)

We are seeking Consultants from Sri Lanka to take on the role of Technical Support Specialist, relocating to Timor-Leste. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will deliver quality and timely technical services to customers during the implementation of our products.

Requirements

• University/College Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Programming, or related field
• Knowledge of enterprise software systems, such as application software and database systems
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Dashboard and Reporting solutions
• Experience in ANSI SQL and administering Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL Database
• Experience in Database clustering and performance monitoring
• Experience in MS Windows and Linux operating systems
• Certification in RDBMS, Cloud Hosting such as AWS/Azure
