Manufacturing Engineer

Freedom Motors USA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production flow, efficiency, quality, and cost performance of wheelchair-accessible vehicle conversions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a relevant manufacturing engineering or process improvement role.
• Experience using CAD or CAM software preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience with workflow analysis, time studies, and process optimization.
• Ability to lead improvement initiatives and influence teams in a production environment.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
