Job Description
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the operations of the Human Resources Department. This includes coordinating hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, administering employee benefits, and coordinating employee activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- PRH, SPHR, CEBS, or advanced practice certification preferred
- 4 years' experience managing all facets of Human Resources
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to relate well to people
- Good listening skills
- Computer operation
- WordPerfect experience
- Experience working with various HRIS programs preferred
