Director of Innovative Home Services at Freedom Village of Bradenton, leading a private duty program and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of two years of leadership experience, ideally in a private duty, healthcare or similar care environment
- A strong commitment to professional standards and best practices in home care
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A self-motivated, dependable work ethic with minimal supervision required
- Flexibility and reliability in meeting the evolving needs of residents and the program
