Job Description
As a Life Care community, Freedom Village of Bradenton offers our residents seamless access to a full continuum of care as their needs evolve. As the Director of Innovative Home Services, you will lead and shape a dynamic private duty program, delivering expert care, collaborating across disciplines, and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of two years of leadership experience, ideally in a private duty, healthcare or similar care environment
- A strong commitment to professional standards and best practices in home care
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A self-motivated, dependable work ethic with minimal supervision required
- Flexibility and reliability in meeting the evolving needs of residents and the program
