We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven executive director to lead Broadview at Purchase College, a premier university-based retirement community. As an executive director, you will serve as a steward of this unique culture – balancing operational excellence with a deep commitment to lifelong learning, resident engagement, and collaborative partnership with our academic affiliate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industry.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing budgets, driving operational results.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting senior living communities.
• Experience leading multi-level care communities.
• Experience working in a large life plan community is strongly preferred.
