Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to oversee the daily operations of a senior living community in Mequon, WI. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with financial acumen, guiding the community to meet revenue goals while carefully managing expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care.
- Knowledge of state regulations governing senior living communities.
- Administrator’s license, if required by the state.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
