Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform various aspects of general and preventive maintenance to protect and maintain buildings, equipment, and systems while providing exceptional hospitality to our residents.

Requirements

• At least two years' experience in maintenance at commercial facilities, school systems, apartment complexes, or hotels
• Reasonable computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic
• Pass a drug screen and background investigation
