Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician to perform various aspects of general and preventive maintenance to protect and maintain buildings, equipment, utility and electrical systems while providing exceptional hospitality to residents.

Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in maintenance at commercial facilities, school systems, apartment complexes or hotels in all disciplines
• Reasonable computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets and databases
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively and perform basic arithmetic
• Pass a drug screen and background investigation
