Manage developer relationships, oversee project releases, and coordinate allocations for one of Australia’s largest property investment advisory groups. Negotiate marketing terms and supply arrangements, and provide clear positioning of projects to internal sales teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in project marketing or developer-side roles
- Experience coordinating releases and stock schedules
- Confidence negotiating with external partners
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Experience handling contract documentation
- CRM and system competency
