Development Manager

As a Development Manager, you’ll lead projects from planning to construction and handover, guiding Assistant Development Managers and partnering with internal teams.

Requirements

• Deliver multiple development projects from early planning through to construction and handover
• Prepare feasibility models, budgets, business cases and development plans
• Lead design, planning approvals and compliance activities
• Manage tenders, procurement, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
• Work with Sales & Marketing, present project updates, and build strong relationships with residents and industry partners
