Job Description
FreedomCare is seeking a Learning & Content Administrator to develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base, manage the LMS, and create learning assets for employee and caregiver training. This role is remote and requires occasional travel to FreedomCare locations nationwide. The company focuses on providing quality home care and is seeking to innovate and revolutionize the delivery of care.
Requirements
- Develop, organize, and maintain internal knowledge bases, SharePoint sites, and documentation hubs.
- Write, edit, and optimize process documentation, job aids, and internal communications.
- Oversee SharePoint site structure and manage course uploads and learner enrollments.
- Troubleshoot technical LMS issues and collaborate with vendors.
- Establish governance for content maintenance and user feedback.
- Create training content, infographics, and microlearning modules.
