The Marketing Analyst will own reporting and analytics across the growth marketing function, supporting data-driven decision making and helping with marketing tools, dashboards, and data governance.
Requirements
- Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analyses focused on pipeline, performance, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to find trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with Marketing team to evaluate tests, experiments, performance.
- Support marketing operations by ensuring data accuracy, tracking setup, and platform integrations.
- Help define KPIs, build dashboards, attribution needs, and measurement frameworks across marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Systems, Sales, Finance, and other support functions to align on data definitions, tools setup, and reporting standards.
- Manage marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Intelligence, Lead Forensics, SEMRush
