Requirements
- Actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, sourcing strategy, and recruiting operations, with a desire to gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to support candidate sourcing initiatives, including outreach messaging, resume review, and response tracking.
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and process documentation to support ATS optimization and recruiting process improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional candidate and hiring-manager communications.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately within an HR environment.
