Deburr Technician (Additive Manufacturing)

Deburr Technician role at Freeform, a rapidly growing company scaling world-changing technology in additive manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in deburring, metal additive post-processing, or similar hands-on precision metal work, with a keen eye for precision and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Post process printed parts including depowering, precision cleaning, removing supports, and surface-finishing
• Operate, maintain, and monitor machinery such as wire EDMs, surface grinders, sand blasters, deburring tools, bandsaws and handle metal powders
• Participate in process improvement efforts to streamline post processing operations to enable mass production
• Help turnover builds, ensuring powders, tools, and equipment are available at all times
• Assist with visual inspection and shipment of final parts
