Job Description
Freeform is revolutionizing metal 3D printing with autonomous factories, offering scalability to physical production. They are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the full lifecycle of projects, from design and fabrication to implementation and ongoing improvement. The role requires hands-on experience with hardware, strong analytical skills, and a passion for solving complex problems. The company values collaboration and inclusivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering from an ABET accredited university or college
- Hands-on design experience from internships or engineering clubs
- Full life-cycle hardware design experience from hand calcs to CAD to fabrication and testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
