Senior Product Manager

Freelancer Limited, the ASX-listed company that owns Freelancer.com and Escrow.com, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join a growing team. The role involves leading teams of engineers, data scientists, growth hackers, designers, and other roles, and is responsible for every aspect of the product, including user research, UX/UI design, engineering, quality, data analytics, marketing, and growth.

Requirements

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent
• 5+ years in product management roles with demonstrated leadership experience
• Proven experience managing a high performing team in a software product
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Advanced proficiency with SQL and ability to analyse complex enterprise data sets
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of developing comprehensive product and go-to-market strategies
