Area Production Manager

As the Area Production Manager, you will oversee production operations in our Calgary facility, manage a team of production supervisors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
