Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an individual community or group of communities, managing residential real estate properties for clients, and overseeing a team of employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- IREM certification highly desirable
- Two to three years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
