Community Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of an individual community or group of communities. Build a strong team, manage residential real estate properties, and oversee budgeting, workplace safety, financial reporting, marketing, operations, human resource administration, and a property's overall performance.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Two to three years related experience and/or training
• IREM certification highly desirable
• Familiarity with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, Fair Housing, and employee safety
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
