Job Description
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical plant, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior maintenance experience or experience in related field.
- Valid driver's license and be insurable.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Basic understanding of math.
- No fear of heights (24 feet or more)
