Manager - Water Management Solutions

The Manager - Water Management Solutions position provides strategic planning and drives tactical aspects of defining, implementing, and supporting operations with projects to achieve short, medium and long-term goals for Water Management Solutions. The position focuses on reducing dependency on fresh water via enhanced water reuse and recycling, recovery of valuable secondary aqueous phase constituents, and/or reduction of environmental impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering or related fields from an accredited curriculum
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience or eight (8) years with a Master’s degree
• Experience with mine water projects and may include water balance, water treatment, and/or project engineering and execution in a mining environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English to a diversely educated audience
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Present a positive, professional image
• Self-motivated, energetic, able to execute, and client-service oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety of yourself and others
• Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Ability and willingness to travel on average at least five (5) weeks for every quarter
