Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our Salesforce practice team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer. The professional will participate in national and international projects, collaborating with leading corporations. Our mission is to help transform and optimize our clients' business strategies across the region, revolutionizing the way they use sales, service, marketing, analysis, and customer loyalty tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (graduate)
- 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, Eclipse IDE, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and JavaScript
- Experience with GTI, Salesforce metadata API, sandboxes, and implementation tools
- Experience with Lightning App Builder and Lightning Components
- Ability to write and optimize Apex code for advanced and complex personalizations
- Good knowledge of declarative tools
- Ability to customize the platform through the creation of custom fields, custom objects, and customized design pages
- Knowledge of integrations with other applications and systems, using tools such as REST and SOAP APIs, and integration tools like MuleSoft
- Ability to plan and execute data migrations from external sources to Salesforce
- Ability to understand client business processes and translate them into effective solutions using Salesforce
- Practical experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and continuous integration environments
- Experience interacting directly with end-users during requirements gathering, design, and testing
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and the team, explaining technical concepts in a comprehensible manner
