Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including preparing sales reports, organizing sales contests/data, and providing support to district managers and vice president of sales.

Requirements

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Excellent Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
