Confie, one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the US, is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform administrative tasks, prepare sales reports, and manage sales activities.
Requirements
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
