Requirements
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education
- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
- Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
