Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance, though you will have opportunities to grow earnings with additional products. Requirements
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Experience in sales or customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
