Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance, though you will have opportunities to grow earnings with additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance. You will solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Requirements
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
