We are looking for a Shift Leader (m/f/d) in Food Production to strengthen our team at the production site in Bad Oldesloe. The role involves ensuring quality, time, and quantity specifications, leading production staff, and preparing production processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a shift leader
- Experience in food production
- Safe handling of an ERP system
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing (level C2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
