Collections Manager

Manage a team of collections associates for a fast-growing custom apparel start-up, responsible for collections performance, team management, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Collections / AR / financial operations or Operations/project management in fast-paced environments
• 2+ years managing a team (2–5 people)
• Strong data orientation (Excel, dashboards, tracking metrics)
• Ability to define and track key metrics such as Collections efficiency, Agent productivity, Call volume and conversion
