Collections Specialist

Join as a crucial member of Fresh Prints' Finance Team (Remote Working) to manage the entire invoice collection process, with responsibilities including following up with customers, handling case escalations, and tracking and reporting on overall collections metrics.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the Finance/Collections/Accounts Receivable field
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
• Customer centric
• Good problem-solving skills
