Collections Team Lead

Join a high-performing team for an NYC-based custom apparel company as a Collections Team Lead, responsible for managing and improving the systems and performance of our receivables function.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Operations/Project Management in fast-paced environments
• 2+ years of experience managing a team (ideally 2 to 5 people)
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both written and verbal, especially for difficult conversations)
