Account Manager (Greek Speaking)

Fresha is seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our Southern Europe team based in Madrid. You will be responsible for building quality relationships with our salon base and driving the use of Fresha's various features.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of previous experience as an Account Manager
• Ability to adapt and achieve objectives
• Experience in using and analyzing data and reports effectively to improve performance
• Previous experience in an outbound calling or a related commercial position
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking, able to make presentations to clients in Spanish (ideally also one of Portuguese, Italian, or Greek) via GoogleMeet
