Account Manager responsible for building relationships with salon network and promoting Fresha's features. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, excellent communication skills, and ability to create fruitful relationships with clients.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of previous experience as an Account Manager
- Ability to adapt and achieve objectives
- Experience in using and analyzing data and reports effectively to improve performance
- Naturally proactive and inquisitive, with the desire to learn and improve constantly
- Previous experience in an outbound calling environment or a related commercial position
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking, able to make presentations to clients in Castellano (ideally also minimum one of Portugues, Italian, or Greek) using GoogleMeet
- Creative thinking and an open-minded ability to solve problems
- High capacity to create fruitful relationships with clients
- Happy to roll up sleeves and help the team when needed - we are a hyper-growth startup!
