Job Description
Fresha is a leading marketplace platform for beauty & wellness, serving over 130,000 businesses and 450,000 stylists. They are seeking an Account Manager to build long-term relationships with their platform users, drive revenue growth, and ensure a positive experience. This is a new and fast-paced role offering autonomy and a chance to impact Fresha's platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of solid Account Management experience.
- Experience managing Full Sales Cycle from onboarding to long term revenue generation.
- 2-3 years in SMB Sales (2-3 years experience in sales of large accounts is preferred).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and 'roll sleeves up' assisting the team.
- Demonstrable experience managing and driving commercial growth from a large account portfolio, preferably in a SaaS industry.
- Fluent English and proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Thai, Mandarin) - a plus.
