The role involves managing and growing existing relationships with buyside, advisory, and legal accounts within the United States through subscription renewals and account expansion.
Requirements
- Experience in an account management role, renewing, upselling, and cross-selling solutions to the buyside, sell side, advisory, or law firms
- Strong ability to build relationships and business partnerships to meet and exceed net retention targets
- Proven success in hitting quota and retention targets
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Experience with Salesforce
