Job Description
We're looking for a forward-thinking, collaborative, and detail-oriented Service Support Manager to join our growing team. You'll play a key part in ensuring our IT services are delivered to a high standard, supporting both new service transitions and the enhancement of existing ones.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles (minimum Foundation level)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ideally ServiceNow)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Excellent communication skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- A collaborative, customer-first approach with a passion for service excellence
- Experience with customer insight practices (e.g. Voice of the Customer) is a plus
