Senior Knowledge Lawyer - Pensions

We are seeking a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join our People & Reward practice and Knowledge function in London. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in pensions law and practice and will be responsible for integrating Freshfields' proprietary knowledge into client service, deploying knowledge to drive client engagement and thought leadership, and developing the legal skills of our lawyers.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in the UK with a strong academic background
• High level of relevant successful experience as a fee earner or a knowledge lawyer/professional support lawyer (or a combination) in pensions law, regulation and practice
• Experience either working with or for The UK Pensions Regulator
• Sound knowledge of pensions law and practice
• Strong commercial awareness
• Growth mindset and positive approach to managing change
• Strong technology skills set
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative approach and ability to build effective relationships
• Sound judgment and ability to establish credibility with others
