Job Description
Pension Insurance Corporation is seeking a Legal Counsel (Pensions) to assist on all aspects of bulk purchase annuity transactions and ongoing administration of policyholders. The role requires a strong understanding of pensions law, regulatory framework, and ability to work within defined procedures.
Requirements
- Strong technical proficiency in pensions law
- Understanding of insurance regulatory regime
- Ability to apply legal knowledge with sound commercial judgement
- Strong organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
