Manager - Enablement Delivery & Events

Freshworks is seeking a Manager - Enablement Delivery & Events to orchestrate high-impact internal events for the global GTM organization and deliver effective enablement programs that empower our Americas Field teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of combined experience in enablement and sales, preferably in a technology company
• Extremely strong delivery skills, both in-person and virtually
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and tone
• Proven ability to manage events across international, cross-functional teams
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
